We bill on a flat rate for all services, invoices are sent electronically after services are rendered.
All estimates for any services must be approved and a 50% deposit must be received before any service is rendered. Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion. We provide prompt and sometimes last minute and emergency services, we would appreciate the same courtesy after our services have been performed. All invoices 5 days past due will incur a late fee of $5. Returned checks and insufficient funds will be subject to a $15 fee. If payment due is not received within 7 business days of service completion date, we reserve the right to suspend and/or cancel service to your property until payment is received in full.
We highly recommend our secure and convenient online payment system. All customers are required to keep a credit or debit card on file authorizing WLC to charge for balances due for agreed upon services rendered and/or future services rendered. If payment will be rendered with cash or check, we must receive payment prior to or during the service visit. It is not feasible to return to collect payments after services have been rendered. We will not return to collect payments once we have left property, payment will have to be paid online or mailed to the address below. Excessive late payments may cause services to be suspended. Customers may request permanent service cancellations by phone, email or written notification at anytime. We strive for your complete satisfaction, please let us know within 24 hours should any issues arise, we will return to correct any reasonable service request at our earliest convenience. We will not honor any request for alleged damages to property or alleged damage by our crews that we were not made aware of as soon as they were noticed or allowed to rectify. Please direct any concerns to us immediately via phone, email, or text.
We make every effort to schedule and maintain our routes, to continuously service your property on recurrent days. Despite our best efforts, several factors may alter our daily or weekly schedules, in which case we cannot guarantee exact or specific time ranges for service and service days may occasionally change. If there are consecutive days of heavy rainfall, please bear with us as we contend with mother nature.
Please note that all gates should be unlocked on scheduled service days, please be mindful to clean up after and keep your lovely pets inside on the service day....Both are a big help to us! Thanks :) We also ask that items such as large trampolines, grills, tables, toys, garden hose, tree limbs, dog chains, miscellaneous lines, cables and other bulk items be stored away and secured before our crews arrive to perform work. Large, bulk or heavy items will not be required to be moved around by our crews. Woody Lawn Care is not responsible for damage to items left in yard while mowing is performed.
We will sometimes make the call to mow on rainy days to not cause excessive delays in scheduling, but we ask that you PLEASE DO NOT WATER YOUR LAWN ON YOUR SERVICE DAY!
We generally mow from April to October depending on the weather. If for any reason you need to reschedule, change, or skip a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Once our crews arrive they will not decide whether or not to mow, please call, text or email us in advance for proper schedule changes. If your lawn is higher than 6 inches, you will be assessed an additional fee for grass height. Excessively high grass adversely affects our equipment, and the quality of the cut. Excessive skip requests may cause cancellation of services, on the other-hand if you are hosting a special event, or having housework done that may interfere with lawn services, please notify us in advance, so that we can accommodate your situation as best we can.
